I am faced with the choice of accepting a non-taxable lump sum for my share in this property, or accepting a taxable ( probably)income based on the rental to the existing business of the land. I need to find out what the land the business is on is actually worth.
Also… How many working hours per week are typical for the job? How much does it pay? Is it a good job overall?
